Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has finally made the official debut of its popular model, Redmi Note 9 Pro in the Nepali market.
Xiaomi Nepal had also recently put up a teaser image of the device through its official social media handles while the firm has now launched the device officially.
Redmi Note 9 Pro Overview
First on, the new Redmi Note 9 flaunts a 6.67-inch FHD+ IPS display with a punch-hole cutout at the upper left corner. The device is protected by corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back.
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 9 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 720G processor while the Adreno 618 GPU handles the graphics on the device. In terms of RAM and ROM, there are two options available for both: 4/6GB (For RAM) and 64/128GB (For ROM) respectively. This one also supports UFS 2.1 flash storage.

Highlighting on the camera, the device is packed with a quad-camera sensor on the back which comprises a 48MP primary sensor accompanied with 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a regular 2MP depth sensor. This camera composition is what we get to see in most of the Redmi mid-rangers. Likewise, on the front, you get a 16MP selfie shooter that hides under the top punch-hole of the display.
Speaking of the powerhouse of the device, i.e. its battery. The new Redmi Note 9 packs a massive 5020mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Well, this size is enough to power its massive 6.67-inch screen. And being a mid-ranger, this one also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor also back up by an IR sensor that we get to see in most of the Redmi offerings.
