After a long wait, Xiaomi has finally unveiled its flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 11 in the International market. Excitingly, the Mi 11 is also the world’s first smartphone to be powered by Snapdragon 888 chipset. However, various other models are also waiting on the line-up to be released with the new flagship chipset. But the new flagships will be making their debut in 2021.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Overview
The new Xiaomi Mi 11 flaunts a 6.81-inch 2K AMOLED QHD+ display supporting a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480Hz. This one can support HDR10+ with maximum brightness above 1700 nits.

More on, the device is powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 888 that provides top-notch performance. This one is a 2.84Ghz octa-core core Chip based on a 5nm fabrication. The graphics are handled by Adreno 660 GPU.
In terms of RAM and ROM, the device arrives in two RAM options: 8GB or 12GB. Likewise, for internal storage also you will be getting two options: 128GB or 256GB. The phone also supports UFS 3.1 storage for smooth performance.
Highlighting on the optics, the Xiaomi Mi 11 packs a quad-camera setup at the back which comprises a 108MP (f/1.85) primary lens alongside a 13MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide lens accompanied by a 5MP telephoto lens and a macro lens. Meanwhile, on the front, you will be getting a 20MP (f/2.4) selfie, shooter.

Coming on to the powerhouse of the device, i.e. its battery, the new Mi 11 packs a 4600mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging alongside 50W wireless charging. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t have a charger on the box like the Apple iPhone 11 which might disappoint the Mi fans. On the software side, the new Xiaomi Mi 11 runs on the latest Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 is already available for pre-order in China while it will go official on 1st January 2021. It is available in three color options: Midnight Gray, Frost White, and Horizon Blue.
