With a WQHD+ resolution of 3088 x 1440 pixels, the smartphone has a 91.7% screen-to-body ratio. The S Pen stylus of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a 9ms latency which is a huge improvement from the 42ms latency from the previous Note series S Pen.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a glass body with metal frames. The dimension of the device measure 164.8 x 77.2 x 8.1 mm and weighs 208 grams. Both the front and back of the smartphone are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and the device is IP68 dust and water-resistant.

Moving on to the processor, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is equipped with Exynos 990 chipset. You can pair the processor with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage but you can expand the storage up to 1TB using an SD card. The device operates on One UI 2.5 on top of Android 10.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a triple camera setup that consists of a 108MP primary lens, a 12MP ultrawide with 120-degree FOV, and a 12MP periscope telephoto lens. The rear camera setup of the Note 20 Ultra can take up to 8K videos 30/60fps, whereas the front camera can take 4K videos at 30/60fps.
