Realme GT Neo packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. It can be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage. Realme has added the dynamic RAM expansion support, which adds up to 7GB of virtual RAM when required. Further, the device runs on Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0.
