Tesla has recently announced the production of its 1,000,000th electric car and achieved its new milestone of being the first automaker to reach this number. This American auto-giant has up to now delivered 3 electric models&mdash;Model S, Model X and Model 3 to its customers while it is soon planning on launching its upcoming offering- the Model Y.
Recently, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla had also released a picture of Tesla&rsquo;s officials in the group after reaching the milestone of 1,000,000th car production.

Before Tesla, China&rsquo;s top EV automaker, BYD was at the peak position being the world&rsquo;s largest EV manufacturer while with the new milestone achieved, Tesla has taken their seat.
