While the company has announced to launch the vehicle with these upgraded features soon somewhere near the second half of 2019 in the US and Europe. Maybe, the new upgraded Ford Cars will be released in India around 2020.

After quite a popularity of Apple Car Play or Android Auto connectivity features in most of the vehicles, now the In-Car Alexa personal assistant has been released to push the connectivity game quite ahead. The company, Ford has partnered with Amazon to enable this new feature in their vehicles as the Alexa voice command system is an inheritance of Amazon itself.
The new Alexa voice assist system is said to be responsive to various languages. This versatility in the system itself proves that the vehicle is ready to be pushed for a worldwide release. The new In-Car Alexa will be integrated with the infotainment system of the car through Microsoft SYNC 3 App Link which will allow the rider to access Alexa for listening music, navigating through MAPs, listening news, searching through Internet, acquiring weather details, access to Amazon&rsquo;s music library and many more. It also features the home-to-car feature which will allow the electric car owners to automatically start/stop their vehicle&rsquo;s engine whereas also lock and unlock the doors of the vehicle.
