Yamaha has just unveiled the 2018 Yamaha YZF-R15 v3.0 in India. The 2018 version of the bike gets a substantial update over its predecessor. We can expect the price of Yamaha R15 V3.0 to be around Rs. 3,80,000 when it launches in Nepal. 

The new R15 v3.0 features an R1 inspired design and looks very different than the R15 v2. The bike also gets a new Deltabox frame which makes the bike extremely agile and fun to ride around the corners. It's not just the cosmetic changes what makes the bike so terrific. There's a lot of hardware changes that make the bike more special than ever. 

 The Yamaha R15 v3.0 now gets a twin-LED headlight and the tail-light too gets an all LED treatment. The bike gets a 41mm telescopic fork and is equipped with 100/80 17 and 140/40 17 (rear) tubeless tyres. As you would expect, the R15 v3 gets disc brakes both at the front and the rear. Sadly though, ABS isn't available, even as an option.

 What's the highlight of the show is the all-new 155cc, SOHC, liquid cooled single cylinder motor which churns out 19.3hp @ 10,000. The engine on the R15 v2 only cranked 17hp. As with its predecessor, we can expect the R15 v3 to have a rev-happy motor. Also, the R15 gets a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch.

 The new bike now features a fully-digital instrument cluster which also includes a gear-change indicator. What's more? The R15 v3.0 now gets a USB charging socket to charge your smartphone on the go. The bike is already available in India and should make its way into Nepal within a months time.
