Vespa has been one of the most exclusive and iconic scooters we have seen in the two-wheeler market. And now the Italian automaker has further enhanced their 74 years of reputation by introducing a new special edition model in collaboration with the top fashion house, Christian Dior.
The new edition Vespa scooter has been named Vespa 946 Christian Dior while this one resembles a new updated design and style than the standard Vespa 946. Both the Vespa and the Christian Dior are reputed brands and the scooter is designed to honor both brands.

A contemporary version of the iconic Vespa 946 &ndash; presented in 2012 in Milan and recognized for its elegant, streamlined curves and technological innovation &ndash; the new model was designed by&nbsp;Maria Grazia Chiuri,&nbsp;Creative Director of Dior women&rsquo;s collections. The scooter is made in Italy, adhering to the exacting standards, commitment, and precision of a couture atelier.

The French fashion house director has added exclusive finishing and designing in the scooter with blue leather seat trim and handlebar grips alongside the cream white paint with gold pinstriping that extends to the wheels. The brand name &lsquo;Christian Dior&rsquo; is designed embedded with a diagonal finishing to the seat support structure of the two-wheeler. Gold color has been used in different parts of the scooter to emit the feel of premiumness and royalty in the two-wheeler.
Vespa scooters are also the favorite choice for women while Christian Dior is women targeted brand, so the collaboration of these two is expected to cause a good hit in the two-wheeler market.

The exclusive special edition Vespa 946s is powered by the standard 125cc three-valve unit as in the standard 946s. The price of the scooter has not been unveiled yet. It is expected to hit the two-wheeler market somewhere across the first half of 2021.
