<p>The Department of Transportation has shut down the online application system for driver's licenses. It has been informed through the notification that the system will remain closed from <strong>Chaitra 1st, 2078 BS</strong> until further notice.</p>
<p>It is said that the system has been shut down as the department has to process the applications received so far as soon as possible.</p>
<p>Although many driver's licenses have to be issued at present, the licenses have not been issued on time due to delays in the printing of smart license and various other reasons. It is said that the department has made this arrangement keeping this in mind.</p>
