It’s been rumoured that Apple will be introducing three new iPhone models in September one of which is a plus-sized iPhone X. It seems the new smartphone will be largely similar in size to last year’s iPhone 8 Plus.
Despite the iPhone X Plus being rumored having large 6.5-inches, there's nothing to worry about. The phone won't be humongous. The new smartphone will reportedly have a larger real estate of 6.5-inch without drastically increasing in size. This will be achieved by adopting the bezel-less design of the iPhone X. And as with the X, the X Plus is also rumoured to have a notch up on the front. So it looks like the notch is here to stay for quite a while now.
And the story doesn't end there. The new Apple flagship smartphone is also said to packed in a 3,300mAh battery pack, the largest capacity in any iPhone till date.
As you would expect, there are going to be a lot of internal changes in the iPhone X Plus. Notably, the iPhone X Plus will come with a bigger sensor camera with a dual lens at the back. The Face Unlock feature dubbed "Face ID" is also said to get an overhaul. The upgraded main camera on the rear is said to be capable of capturing improved low-light images and overall sharper images. Do keep in mind though, the larger battery and the improved camera are set to make the device 0.2mm thicker. But I doubt anyone will mind that.
The iPhone X Plus will run iOS 12 out of the box and will be available by the end of September. We will keep you updated when we hear anything new about the new iPhone X Plus.
